About me

I hold a master’s degree in economics and a professional qualification as a Real Estate Broker, certified by the Ministry of Education and Science. I speak German, English and Russian. But the language I prefer above all is a clear one.

Before brokerage, I had a long and successful entrepreneurial career in trade and transport, including running a business with a team of around 150 people. That experience taught me things that remain at the core of my professional approach today – responsibility, negotiation, working with people, quick decisions and clear judgement.

People with high standards and serious business experience are my natural environment. What I value most there is conversation between equals, precision, and the ability to say things calmly and directly. Without needless distance and without needless showing off.

Today my focus is on houses, high-⁠end residential properties and investment opportunities. I choose carefully what I represent, and I invest a great deal in how a property reaches the right people – from positioning and video to the conversation with the client itself.
