Events and awards

  1. BROKER OF THE MONTH

In my first 20 months as a broker I have received the ‘Broker of the Month’ award at LUXIMMO Group 12 times.

The award goes each month to the 20 best-performing brokers among close to 200 professionals across the company’s offices in Bulgaria and abroad.

In most of those rankings I have been in the top five, and twice I have taken first place. My most recent award to date is for August 2026.

For me, the value of this recognition lies above all in consistency. One strong deal can make a good month. Appearing among the best again and again speaks of a sustained result.

So as not to turn this section into a run of identical photos and monthly awards, you can follow the current rankings and my next placings directly on the LUXIMMO website.

  2. Bloomberg TV Bulgaria

On 9 June 2026 I was a guest on ‘V razvitie’ (‘In Development’) on Bloomberg TV Bulgaria, together with Gergana Tenekedzhieva, Chief Executive of Address Real Estate.

The conversation focused on the current state of the housing market in Bulgaria, and in Plovdiv in particular – price movements, housing affordability, mortgage lending, rising construction costs and possible scenarios for the market.

We also discussed the Real Estate Awards 2026 and the significance of professional recognition in an environment where trust, expertise and real results carry ever more weight.

  3. Real estate awards 2026

On 4 June 2026 I received the ‘Broker of the Year’ award – the consumers’ award at the Real Estate Awards 2026, organised by imoti.net.

This award holds special value for me because it comes from the trust and judgement of clients – the people I actually work with every day. And the fact that I received it in my very first year as a broker makes the recognition all the more meaningful to me.

It is no accident that I use #LoveMyJob in almost every video I make. For me it is not a decorative hashtag, but the shortest way to say how I feel about this profession. I love my work, the people, the pace, the negotiations, the stories behind every property and the moment a deal reaches the right conclusion.

I take this award as confirmation that my attitude, my direct communication and the way I protect my clients’ interests are seen and valued.

In a profession where results are measured in numbers, this award reminds me that the most important assessment is still the human one.

  4. Real Estate Business Forum: Plovdiv

On 14 May 2026 I took part in Real Estate Business Forum: Plovdiv – the eleventh edition of one of the leading events for the real estate sector, organised by imoti.net.

The forum’s main theme was ‘Adaptation’ – how the market is changing, how clients are changing, and what sets apart the professionals who manage to keep trust and lead the market in a new environment.

The discussions touched on the ‘new normal’ of the property market, client behaviour and expectations, and the role of the broker amid ever higher demands on expertise and service.

The event also drew media interest, including an interview for BNT (Bulgarian National Television) on current market trends and the development of the sector in Plovdiv.

For me, taking part in forums like this matters above all for the real conversation about the profession – beyond the listings and the deals, where the changes, the standards and the direction of the market are discussed.

  5. Broker PRO 2026

On 26 February 2026, the National Palace of Culture (NDK) hosted the third edition of Broker PRO – the largest industry event for real estate brokers in Bulgaria. This year the conference grew to three halls, with even more speakers, discussions and professional content.

LUXIMMO was co-organiser of the event and held its own panel, ‘Doing Business with the Elite: a VIP System’. It was moderated by Nevena Stoyanova, Managing Director of LUXIMMO Group, and I took part alongside Gergana Tsankova and Yuliana Dimitrova.

The conversation was devoted to working with clients in the high-end segment – how trust is built, what genuinely personalised service means, and why in deals of this kind expertise, discretion and the manner of communication matter just as much as the property itself.

The panel drew strong interest and a large audience, which for me was the most valuable feedback. The subject of VIP clients clearly engages the professional community, because at the high end there is no universal formula – there is a standard, an attitude and the ability to understand the person across from you.

  6. LUXIMMO Annual Awards

On 15 December 2025, at the LUXIMMO Annual Awards & Suit Up for Success Christmas Party 2025, I received two awards that hold special value for me.

The first is ‘New Broker with the Highest Turnover’ – an award I won in my very first year as a broker, in a company of close to 200 professionals across LUXIMMO’s offices in Bulgaria and abroad.

The second is ‘LUXIMMO’s Video Revolutionary’. It recognises the way I chose to present real estate – with different concepts, a strong visual language, humour, scripts and content that steps outside the standard frame of property advertising.

For me, the two awards are connected. One measures the result, the other – the way I get there. From the very beginning I have believed that in this profession it is not enough simply to sell. You have to be able to attract attention, create interest and give every good property a story of its own.

  7. LUX ONLY 2025

On 6 November, Hilton Sofia hosted LUX ONLY 2025 – an event that brings together people, brands and ideas from the world of the high-end.

This year’s edition took the form of a Luxury Quiz Dinner – a gourmet dinner combined with an intellectual journey through themes such as fashion, jewellery, cars, travel, design, technology and real estate.

I had the pleasure of being part of the evening together with LUXIMMO, one of the event’s official partners.

For me, the most interesting part of LUX ONLY is precisely the environment it creates. Not just a beautiful evening, but a meeting of people from different industries who share a common language – high standards, care for their work and a desire to create value.

High-end real estate belongs naturally in that conversation. It is tied to architecture, design, lifestyle, travel and, above all, to the people for whom quality matters.

That is also what LUX ONLY means to me – good contacts are not made by exchanging business cards, but when people with a similar attitude to business and life meet in one place.

    Dare. Inspire. Elevate.
