My view on this property

Right next to the plot, a complex of 28 houses is currently under construction. Once they are completed and the area becomes genuinely lived in, this will inevitably change the value of the land around them too.
That is why I see this site in two ways — as a place for a project right now, or as an asset that can wait for the development around it.
€60/m² today. Once the neighbouring complex is finished, this price is unlikely to stay the same.
