Choosing a broker should not start with who promises the highest price or the fastest sale.
It matters more to see how the person thinks, how they argue their position and whether they genuinely know the market. A good broker does not only tell you what you want to hear. They must be able to explain the real situation, the risks, and which strategy makes sense for the specific property.
How they present their properties matters too — photographs, video, text, advertising, communication with buyers and the way they conduct negotiations.
Look for someone you would trust not only with the keys to your property, but with a significant financial interest. Because a good broker is not an intermediary between two parties. They are the person who must protect your position in the deal.
